Hi! My name is Denise, and I am about to launch The Smoker Girls in Turnersville

I got married and moved down here to South Jersey, but I'm  I worked 32 years in the IT industry mainly as a software developer and data analyst. For many of those years, I have had a passion for cooking which has grown stronger as time went on, and today I feel more passionate about cooking than I do about coding or writing database reports. I believe that cooking is a form of communication if done correctly. You can express love, beauty, creativity, and passion through the dishes you make. I'm hoping you can hear the message and feel the love in the dishes I create.

COVID 19 came along and changed everything. In the aftermath of 2020, some of my favorite restaurants began to disappear. It occurred to me that people still need to eat, and that there should still be options for people to get wholesome, well-prepared, good quality food at a good price. So I started the Smoker Girls, and I would like to have us be one of your options.

We are just getting started, and we will be adding items to our menu as time goes on. So you get to watch us grow from a little takeout joint into the premier barbecue restaurant in our area. And you get to share in our growth.

Fasten your seat belts; this is going to be one heck of a ride. Enjoy it with me.
